Menard Bros & Associates Ltd is Cornwall’s award winning builders known for their custom homes and large renovations. The company is owned by Guy Menard and Paul Menard, known for their passion for personalizing new homes and building them to standards far exceeding the provincial building code.
Menard Bros & Associates Ltd is the second generation company within The Menard Group. The Menard Group was founded in 1955 by Gaetan and Claude Menard who began as home builders. In time, they had completely vertically integrated from land developers, building material retailers to residential-commercial-institutional builders.
The current owners chose to specialize in custom housing and land development. They build in their own subdivisions as well as on alternate building sites of their customer’s choosing. They currently offer three subdivisions: “Sunrise Acres”, “Lynwood Forest” and “The Fairways”.
In 2006, Menard Bros & Associates Ltd was a finalist in the 2006 Tarion (New Home Warranty Program) Awards of Excellence, the industry’s premier awards for customer service. Menard Bros was the only finalist – among all categories – representing Eastern Ontario (which includes Kingston and Ottawa).
In 1994, Menard Bros & Associates Ltd was awarded with the the coveted Ernest Assaly Award : Ontario’s Builder of the Year. The Ontario New Home Warranty Program recognizes the new home builder who best demonstrates a dedication to after sales service excellence and superior quality of construction. Menard Bros was also recipient of the annual “Business of the Year” by the local Chamber of Commerce.
